At the Forefront of Debt Collection — Participation in EOS Conference and FENCA Congress

Last week, our company had the privilege of attending in two events significant for IGK: EOS Crossborder Partner’s Conference and FENCA Congress.

EOS Crossborder Parner’s Conference as usually happened one day prior FENCA Congress and it gathered debt collection professionals from different parts of the globe to share their experience and insights on debt collection processes, perspectives and possibilities. As usually, Partner’s Conference was a great place for discussions.

FENCA Congress 2024 was held in Warsaw, Poland, from September 18th to 20th. This annual event, organized by the Federation of European National Collection Associations (FENCA), brought together industry leaders, experts, and professionals from across Europe to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in the credit management, debt collection, and debt purchase sectors.

The congress was a fantastic opportunity to network with peers, share insights, and gain valuable knowledge from a series of engaging presentations and panel discussions. Key topics included the impact of digital transformation on debt collection, regulatory changes across Europe, and strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
